Meet the founder

Jenna's been where you are.

In 2020, Jenna started her fitness journey with no experience — struggling with asthma, poor mental health, and an unhealthy relationship with food. There was no neat starting line. Just a quiet decision to try something different.

Through sustainable nutrition, CrossFit, accountability, and small lifestyle changes, she lost 80 pounds and — more importantly — built a healthier relationship with food and training that has lasted years, not weeks.

She became a CrossFit Level 1 Coach and Precision Nutrition Certified Coach to help others navigate the same struggles she lived through. Align Collective is the coaching practice she wishes had existed when she started.

How is this different from the 6-week challenge?+

The challenge is a short, structured group program with fixed habits and a set start date. 1:1 coaching is ongoing, fully personalized to your goals, training, and schedule — and adjusts every week as your life changes.

Do I have to count macros?+

Only if it fits your life. We can work with macros, habits, portions, or a mix — whatever gets you consistent results without making food a full-time job.

What if I'm not a CrossFitter?+

Not a problem. This coaching is for anyone who trains regularly and wants nutrition that supports how they move — CrossFit, lifting, running, hybrid, whatever your thing is.

How long is the commitment?+

Month to month. Cancel anytime. Most people stay several months because real change compounds — but you're never locked in.
